Hopeless Bait

Diagon Alley had never been known for dark wizards. It was mainly a place for people to shop. But one building, particularly close to Knocturn Alley contained many dark secrets. One secret, in particular, was in its basement. The basement was as dark and as damp as they come. The main area of the basement was mostly bare, but against the far wall was a cell. And inside that cell was a Hogwarts student. His body was battered and broken, and the light in his eyes was completely gone. Yet the boy, Connor, held on to one thing. Hope. Hope that he would see his friends again, hope that he would see his family again. Connor dragged himself over to the far wall where he lay in endless agony. His eyes turned to a blood red as he started to hear the rap-tap of feet against stairs, but held his tongue. A tall man strode into the room yet kept to the shadows. Clearly, the man didn't want to be seen by him. It wasn't until he realized that the man wouldn't speak did he speak himself "What do you want?" he practically shouted, rage getting in the way of his common sense. The man gave a light chuckle "Bait" and with that he left the room, leaving Connor alone in the darkness.

Vanashing Fears

The shades had never been bright, but this day seemed particularly gloomier to Connor. He'd been in this realm for two years without so much as a note. He didn't know what was happening at his home. For all he knew, the war could have been lost, something told him that that wasn't true. Connor strode into the shades his long, dark brown hair was matted to his head and his robes were soaked. He raised his hands to his face rubbing his eyes in a frantic attempt to get the water from his eyes, but before he stopped and started running towards the lake. He was already soaked and didn't want to have anything to do with water so soon, but at the lake, he'd be at a more strategic advantage where there was a large amount of water. He knew what was about to happen and had been warned about it by his father several times before, but yet standing here and facing it now seemed almost impossible. He looked around the ring around his left hazel eye clearly showing a bright yellow. Fear. For just a moment there was silence. Just silence. Then the sound of a sword scraping on the ground filled the shades. It lasted for a full painful minute. And then there was nothing. Connor's breathing shallowed as he fell to the ground. What is happening? he thought not able to find the ability to speak through his pain. And when his breath stopped did his pain end. Connor tried to wrap his mind around how he was still alive. But to anyone who happened have seen him in the shades, he was gone.

New Friend, Old Topics

On the streets of Knockturrn Alley, all was quiet. The day had drawn long and most of its inhabitants were either asleep or in one of the dark taverns that littered the small street. The sky seemed to twinkle as if they knew that not all was as it seemed on this silent night. A strange figure entered the small street knowing that it would seem strange for someone like him to be here. The figure passed empty shops and cluttered taverns until he reached a point that either he wanted to be or he couldn't decide where to go. He had approached a fork in the road. One road wound itself between buildings like a serpent. The other traveled off a long way. The street had no buildings near it except for the ones at the fork. The figure paused and removed the blue hood that shrouded his face revealing what he looked like to the air around him. He had dark brown hair, wild and messy in places. His eyes were a bit unique. The left eye was hazel, and the right a deep ocean blue. The ring around the iris in his hazel eyes changed color depending on his mood. Right now the ring matched his right eye in color. He looked up at the sky as if he knew someone was going to be here.

Lilith Cole enters the alley. The hood of her long black cloak was drawn up over her head concealing her black and silver hair and hiding her face from view. She did not want anyone to notice her here. The heels on her boots made a soft clicking noise against the cobblestone as she walked along quickly. Her teal eyes, under the hood, were darting rapidly from side to side taking in the backdrop of abandoned buildings and those that were closed for the night. Approaching the end of the street she was on she noticed that the road forked off and that up ahead stood a figure gazing up at the night sky as if contemplating the universe. She quickly looked around for a spot to hide to further investigate this person. Noticing a gap, hidden in shadows, between two of the buildings she quickly ducked in making sure that the shadows concealed her presence as well as the hood concealed her face.

The silent tapping of his foot hitting the cobbled road reached the figure's ears. He looked down from the sky and looked around his eyes darting around the streets searching for who the tapping belonged to. Upon seeing no one around he closed his eyes concentrating on what appeared, to outside eyes, to be nothing, when in fact, he was concentrating on a power he used had a bit of fun using. When he opened his the lids of his eyes his eyes were no longer hazel and blue. They were teal. He looked at the scene in front of him, although he wasn't seeing what was laid out in front of him, he saw what the person nearby saw. Once he had gotten all he needed to know he closed his eyes again releasing the ability. He staggered backward opening his eyes again revealing his normal eyes. He leaned against a wall to hold himself up, as the ability always left him much weaker after using it. "H-Hello" he spoke stuttering "I know you're here"

Lilith Cole growls softly as she feels a presence not her own in her head. It had to have been coming from the only other person that was present in the alley. Her eyes glowed an eerie teal color as her temper flared slightly before she immediately calmed down as the figure spoke. Smiling slightly she stepped slightly out of the shadows not speaking.

The figure watches as the girl steps out from the shadows. He smiles, his eyes glinting as he pushes himself away from the wall his strength recovered "I'm sorry for entering your mind" he spoke stringing his words together eloquently "It was necessary to find where you were." He started walking towards her quick in pace yet slow to him "I am Connor Coleman. Head of the Temporia Clan." He said formally. It was one of the things that were drilled into his head from his realm 'Name and Title first, then talk freely. So that's what he always did except he never told his second title, though his father would be dismayed, as he didn't like the reactions he got.

Lilith Cole smirks slightly under her hood at the person in front of her. It was quite obvious that the stranger was not human, however, just what he was exactly was a mystery to her. Shocked by his apology for invading her mind, she smiled before speaking to him, her voice soft and unsure "I can accept your apology...just keep in mind that there are things in my head that I would rather not share with someone I have only just met." She lowered her hood as he introduced himself, revealing her bright teal eyes and long black and silver hair as well as the elongated canines that only flashed when she spoke a certain way. Her eyes widened slightly when she heard the name of his clan. The man in front of her could only be one thing with a title like that the man in front of her, she now knew, was a vampire.

Connor smiles slightly before speaking "I try to refrain from seeing that which people do not want me to know, unless the fates show me it in a vision" He spoke noting that the girl didn't introduce herself but he didn't mind as he was more surprised to her reaction to his clan "So, you've heard of us?" He spoke eyes wide yet smiling all the while "I commend you. Not many in this realm have" He laughed silently as he walked slightly closer "Tell me, How did you hear of the Time Vampires?" he asked knowing there were only two others besides him in this realm

Lilith Cole smiles a little at Connor deciding that she liked his sense of humor and decided to introduce herself "I seem to have been rather rude to a very important person by not introducing myself after you did. My name is Lilith Cole and I don't have a fancy title" she says with a small chuckle before answering his question "My biological father was a demon very high up on the food chain. When he left my biological mother and I she kept all of his old journals which are now mine."

Connor bows his head "A pleasure to meet you." He spoke before looking up again chuckling "If I had a dime for every title, I'd be a very rich person indeed" He spoke listening. "My own biological father was high up as well. Old too" he joked dryly "He was without a doubt an important person. More important than I, certainly" He sighed silently thinking of the war that was taking place in his realm "But I digress. I am quite curious to hear how you've heard of my clan. This is the first time in centuries that we've come to this realm" He asked hoping to get an answer this time

Lilith Cole smiles at Connor her fangs flashing slightly as she did. "My father had the power to jump from realm to realm at will. He recorded all of his travels in a series of journals which I have read so many times that I now have them memorized. These journals spoke of a bunch of encounters with your clan and that they should be shown respect at all times."

Connor smiles "Your father was a wise man then" He spoke while in his mind he was trying to think things out "I didn't think it was possible to enter the realm without permission." He spoke aloud as this thoughts overwhelmed him "Then again, a lot of powerful people were invited to my father's court" He continued not realizing that he said court which normally adhered to royalty "My father wasn't one of my clan though, it was my mother who was it's head at that time" He spoke even though it was not necessary information.

Lilith Cole smirks at the comment about her father "that is where you are wrong...my father was an arrogant jerk who didn't care about anyone other than himself" she said her tone of voice cold and harsh as her eyes flashed to sapphire blue for a moment. She chuckled when she realized that she was essentially talking to a member of the royal vampire court. Chuckling slightly about his comment about his parents she replied: "well sometimes women are better leaders than men."

Connor shrugs his shoulders slightly "Perhaps, but it is not my place to judge" he spoke laughing slightly "That depends on the person. I myself believe that no one gender is better than another." He spoke leaning against a nearby wall "Especially seeing as I never knew my mother until the day she died"

Lilith Cole smiles sadly at the thoughts of her own biological mother that his statement produced. Her eyes darkened as the memories flashed through her head. Memories of her mother's words and the time she had spent at the orphanage and all that happened there. She shook her head slightly to drive the memories back where they belonged before she spoke: "Well as fun as this conversation has been, I really should be going...it was an honor to meet you."

Connor notices the reaction that his words had but said nothing. "It was nice meeting you" He spoke bringing himself into a formal bow "The honor is mine" He straightened himself up and
spoke "Goodbye. May our paths cross again"
Lilith Cole quirks her eyebrow at the bow and giggles quietly and the vampire before pulling up her hood and disappearing from the alley in bright teal flames. She didn't know if she would ever see the vampire again but she certainly hoped so.

Connor walked out of Knockturrn Alley understanding why the fates had brought him here.

Training to be Sneaky, No Equipment

KCMiller: Reaper exits his stealth mode and turns, saying in his robotic voice, "Stealth Course, here." He rolls towards the back wall, near where the powerful weapon was kept and stopped. A moment later, the wall seemed to shimmer and a door appeared. Reaper rolled back, saying, "Master Connor's Stealth Course, here."

Connor || He looked at the door holding out his hand at the door knob, but he hesitated. Should he be the one to go first, if he had nothing to compare to? But he thought better of it and opened the door and stepped inside not sure of what to expect. At the most, if he failed the course, he could always end up practicing, or try to find something he was better at.

KCMiller ||Inside the room, a strange blue light scanned Connor, then the room seemed to shimmer before lights came on, revealing a set stealth course made specifically for his build, size, and weight. Reaper rolled into the room and rolled to a wall where a large TV screen seemed to melt onto the wall. The screen lit up and showed every detail of the course, as well ad where they stood. Several specifically designed "enemy targets" were scattered about the course, which was shown on the screen. Reaper turned and faced him. "Goal: hit all targets. Time to Complete: Not set. Designated Weapon: Dagger only. Begin when Ready."

Connor Coleman felt a wave of excitement as the course revealed itself. He breathed out before stretching out prepare himself. He nodded grabbing the dagger given to him when he left his realm. It was old and worn out but it still worked really well. He looked up at the screen examining the course before stating "I'm ready. Reaper where do I go to start?" he asked worried that he wouldn't be good at stealth at all.

KCMiller (Reaper) "Begin at any point. Invasion Area: Enemy Target Home." The layout of the house on the screen spun slowly showing several different stealthy entrances that could be used.

Connor Coleman nods slowly trying to figure out what to do. In a conversation, he could easily figure things out, however, when he was staring it in the face, his mind betrayed him "Well it's not like I'm going to waltz in through the front door" he joked trying to lighten his mind, to relax and think more clearly. It worked, if only slightly. He could climb in through a window but he thought that plan might not work. He decided to try anyway. If that didn't work he could always try the course again, right? He decided not to think of it. He decided to ask for a suggestion instead. Reaper, any suggestions? I'm a bit new to this."

KCMiller (Reaper) turns to the screen above him. "Three points of entry: Here-" the back door lit up. "-Here-" The window in the dining room lit up, as no one was there and there were potted trees to hide behind, "- and here." A window leading to the basement appeared, which was cracked and easily able to be opened. Turning back to Connor, Reaper said, "Points to enter undetected: found."

Connor Coleman hums as he examines the points of entry. He figured that the best point of entry would be the basement as those were usually dark. He took off his shoes as they would make too much noise once inside. Once he was barefoot he looked at Reaper "Reaper, is there better equipment, as all I have is this old dagger?

KCMiller (Reaper) rolls out of the room then returns holding a large box. Inside was a phone-like object, which Reaper lit up to show a 3D version of what was on the screen. At the press of a finger, it could turn, zoom into a room, a point of access, show all points of danger in the house/ building as well as show where any and all life forms were located. The next thing was a set of four new daggers, black blades so the light didn't catch it, and set of small throwing stars that disintegrated in five minutes of hitting the target. A leg strap for the daggers and a star belt was included. Night vision "sunglasses" were in the box as well. Strange black shoes that were soft and noiseless on the bottom, as well as waterproof, were at the bottom.

Connor Coleman looks eyes wide at the equipment "I was not expecting that" he mutters "Ok, let's get equipped" He spoke putting on the shoes first as he didn't have shoes on at the moment. He then put on the strap and belt. He put the throwing stars in the belt even though he wasn't going to use them. He didn't think he would need four daggers, but he put them in anyways.

Old and New Friend, Past and Future

Jem jumps in and lands with a soft thud behind Connor.

Connor Coleman nods his head in greeting to Jem

Jem grins "Hello. You look...familiar. Have we met before?"

Connor Coleman shrugs slightly "Yes and no. We will know each other in your past, and my future"

Jem Hayden tilts her head slightly "Well I haven't been to your future. And I remember everyone I have met since being turned." she pouts slightly "Was I human when we met the first time?"

Connor Coleman shakes his head "I believe you were turned then." He held out his hand before speaking "To avoid confusion, I'll introduce myself. Connor Coleman." He smiles slightly both to be polite as well as what he imagined would be her reaction.

Jem frowns slightly then shakes her head "I'm sorry, you don't look familiar."  she starts before shaking the boys hand out of politeness "Connor Coleman."  she mutters his name before introducing herself "Jem. Jem Canon. But you already know that don't you. How silly of me."  she laughs slightly, nervous for some reason.

Connor Coleman smiles again "Yes and no." he spoke picking up on her nervousness yet not saying anything "I'll give you a little bit of a hint. You knew my father. He trusted you, Alan, and Lea with his life" he refrained from laughing as he knew that just saying those names would be a hint within itself.

Jem frowns, confused as she listens, running a hand through her waist-length bubblegum pink hair. She raises her eyebrows as he mentions her family and friends before looking at him closer. She recognized certain features on his face. Holding a hand out she pokes his nose and touches his cheek before grinning from ear to ear "You're Donovan's kid, right?"

Connor Coleman smiles giddily as she started to figure it out. His eyes, one hazel, the other blue, seemed to be twinkling as if he loved giving hints and riddles "Correct, although I was adopted when I came to this realm, an Idea of my fathers, to better understand this realm."

Jem chuckles at herself for being able to work it out, although she wasn't sure why she didn't get it sooner. Those eyes gave everything away. "This realm, why would you want to come here? Unless there.."  she stops, pulling Connor to one side and away from listening ears "What's happened in your realm, Connor?"

Connor Coleman grimaces slightly "I see my father never told you about the war that sieged his realm years ago, for him anyway." He spoke silently.

Jem shakes her head slowly "I don't think he did." she mutters, sitting down and patting the ground next to her, inviting him to sit "There's a lot of things he never told me, Connor. I was only a girl when I first met him. Well, I guess I still am."  she half grins, pointing at her frozen-in-time twenty-year-old body "The adults spoke with themselves most of the time."

Connor Coleman smiles knowingly "Everyone in the group met him when they were children. He always preferred training people when they were young, as for most people are innocent as a child" He then laughed silently at the statement before continuing solemnly "I can understand why he wouldn't tell anyone about that"

Jem snorts slightly "He liked training kids."  she giggles "Well things have changed since then. Alan was my son from another dimension, Lea is now my sister in law after I married her brother after he was sent to kill me."  she sighs, a smile on her face as she leans back against a dead tree "I still don't get told a lot of things, even now."

Connor Coleman smiles again mysteriously "I know all of these things, It may be the future to me, but I still know this" "He sat down gazing at the lake for a brief second before speaking again "You may not understand it but this is your present. You were destined to join the OS, you were destined to become a seer. I know the future and your future is bright, along with all of the old members." he smiled mysteriously again.

Jem laughs "Why didn't I guess that. You other dimensioners seem to know a lot about the past and the future." she glances over at him "Alan is the same."  she closes her eyes, sighing slightly "Why so mysterious, Connor."  she grins, opening her eyes to look directly at him.

Connor Coleman laughs "Knowing that which others don't know can be sometimes fun, but most dangerous."  He sighed before speaking what he normally wouldn't tell people, but as his father trusted her, he felt --he should too "And I do not get my knowledge from being from another dimension. I get it from my father who calls his job the 'Shepard of the Prophecies'"

Jem chuckles up properly "Yes, I know all about knowing the future before others."  she winks, tapping her head "Being a seer and all."  she tucks her hair behind her ear "Yes, the Prophecies."  she shudders, "He told my father about his death. So I'm not really a big fan of them. It made it worse when eve I didn't know bout that happening."

Connor Coleman smiles "I know you do. As well as that I knew you were a seer" He nods somberly at her speaking about the prophecies "Yes, I know. Although the Land of the Prophecies may be a beautiful place, what is contained is not so beautiful"

Jem nods and sighs slightly before smiling at him "I haven't had a vision for a while. Not that I'm complaining. I saw myself meeting Creven, I saw us getting married and having children. All which --have come true."  she shakes her head "I saw my son's death, it pained me for days. Maybe if I had told someone about it, he wouldn't have been killed. Things would have been different." she shakes the thought from her head, her eyes flickering to green before returning to their blue again "But things happen for a reason."  she wipes a tear from her cheek.

Connor Coleman nods understandingly "Unfortunately a lot of things are... imbalanced, including the prophecies and visions." He smiled sadly "Unfortunately once a prophecy is put in place it will come true. The same goes for visions" He spoke knowing about a few prophecies that were happening or about to happen.

Jem nods too "Yes, they really are quite ... annoying sometimes."  she tilts her head, frowning slightly, something different about the tone of his voice "What do you know, Connor? And don't say anything, because I can tell there's something either in the pipeline or about to happen very soon."

Connor Coleman smiles sadly "I know quite a lot. Several that are happening now, and several that are going to happen soon. One you know part of, yet not the entirety. Some, my father, doesn't want to release the details, and the rest, not even my father knows about"

Jem rolls her eyes, folding her arms across her chest "Well isn't that cryptic."  she scoffs slightly "Several are happening now. To me and Creven at least. he doesn't know I have had a few visions the past few months. Not as regular as they usually are, but regular enough."  she leans back against the tree "One I know part of?"  she questions.

Connor Coleman smiles at her reaction to him being cryptic "I am my father's son" He says before speaking again "I cannot say anything at this time. When you all are ready the Second Shepard will tell you" he smiled again at her last comment before quoting "When a group of many turns into a group of few"

Jem Hayden  laughs, shaking her head "You are your father's son."  she giggles, before sighing and hanging her head slightly "A group of many?"  she scowls "Well that's the most cryptic one I have heard yet."  she rolls her eyes again "Why can't they just bloody well come out with it."

Connor Coleman laughs "There are two prophecies I CAN tell you and the others now but for everything else, you'll have to wait for the Second Shepard. The one you call cryptic is among the two."

Jem snorts slightly "They are all bloody cryptic, Connor. Trust me."  she raises her eyebrows "Well, tell me about them then. But..."  she looks at her watch "Not right now. I have to go. Time to hunt down my husband to spend some time together."  she winks as she stands up.

Manthorinad's Orders

(Manthorinad)apparates in causing ripples of magic to spread outwards "The Dark Alley. Perfect name for its description." He walked around checking everywhere to make sure no one was around before taking out his wand "Expecto Patronum" A ball of light shoots out of his wand lighting up the area before taking the form of a snake. The snake circled around him before going off to another place. He paced the street holding the spell until a shapeless Patronus appeared "Why are you disturbing me?" Manthorinad turned around glaring at the Patronus, even though the face behind the Patronus couldn't see him "Don't forget who it is you work for!" he shouted before pacing again "Donovan knows that a threat is coming, somehow. We need to be prepared" the Patronus ergo the man behind it laughed "Donovan isn't hard to defeat" Manthorinad turned around "Then how is it you are stuck in Donovan's mind sending out a wandless Patronum?" He could tell that the man was fuming by the way he waited before responding "Be that as it may, I did nearly destroy the OS" Manthorinad laughed "Nearly being the operative term there. You rushed things. Struck without thinking. I have a plan, so shut up and listen. Donovan is most likely going to start up the OS again, and retrieve former active members. Then he is likely to get new members as well. So during the first meet, I will appear to introduce myself. I will play both sides, making them believe I am one of them, secretly doing whatever I can to diminish their recourses and members. When the war comes I will use the spell I learned to bring you out of Donovan's mind and once again be Rhajet. Because of what I did, we will be able to win the war, now because I would have been playing both sides, I will be able to get close to Donovan and kill him once and for all. Your orders are to Mislead Donovan in his choices for the OS. Now be gone." the shapeless Patronus disappeared and Manthorinad ended his spell before disappearing leaving the street once again quiet

Old Friends, New Enemies

(?)apparates in with such a force that a wave of energy ripples through the shades. A medium-sized man stands at the base of a tree his eyes glinting in the success of his entrance "So this is the Shades" the man speaks slowly with a smirk "And they say this place is the source of some evil. Hah." He walks among the dead examining them as he goes past "Ignorants, and fools. No hope among the dead. No hope for living either. For only once in a blue moon, do the powerful people appear. It is time to find them. For it is time for the final war to start. And I do not plan on being on the losing team" he pulls off his hood revealing a man in his early thirties, he had black medium length hair that spiked down over his blood-red eyes. His face was scarred with a slice across his left cheek. He turned around before speaking again "It is time to find allies"

Lady Mara A few meters west of where the black-haired man made his entrance, a large out of place granite boulder sat. It was about the size of a small Muggle Bug car and it also carried small flecks of an unrecognizable light blue in its make up on the east face of the stone. The side facing the newcomer. Unknowing to the unfortunate dead inhabitants of the Shades, the Mammoth rock was alive. It was one of the many disguises, no a better word yet, shells, of the Kitsune Mara. If anyone was to touch it, it felt like a stone. If anyone was to lift it, it weighed like a stone that size would. It was perfect in every way thinkable. The only visible flaw was a small, tiny fleck of gold on the North face near the top of the rock. If that was touched, the shell would dissipate, and the Fox would have to show itself. However, The Fox felt confident in herself. So she slept on in the comfort of solitude.

(?)Walks around letting go of what was about to come, and started observing his surroundings. Most of what he noticed didn't pique his interest. Mostly it was trees and tombstones scattered about here and there. The dead also wisped about to and fro, but there was one thing that raised his curiosity. A stone of remarkable features. Especially in a place as dull and gray as the shades. He walked up to it keeping an eye on it's more intriguing. He ran a finger over the stone, unknowingly touching the gold spot. He turned around his suspicions diminished. He then walked over to a tombstone curious as to how he'll find these powerful people, for certain, they exist, lest he wouldn't be here.

Lady Mara A ripple of power emits from the stone as the shell begins to wither and fade. As a stone cast in the still waters of a pond, the air ripples and distorts the image, before a flood of blue fire erupts from the top. Like a volcano spewing forth a pyroclastic blast that wrapped around the outer shell of the rock and tucked under its base. Lasting no more than a few seconds, it withers and where there once was Granite, now lay a small curled ball of white fluff, about the size of a large house cat.

(?)spins around his peripheral vision allowing him to see the sudden burst of light from what he at one point thought was a stone "Hah. I knew there was something off about that stone. But the question is... What are you? For you are not an ordinary animal. For no animal could have done that with so much power. Unless you were an Animangus, but I doubt that." He spoke as he walked up to the creature. he looked down at it as he sought to examine the creature, but he couldn't see much of anything to figure anything out "Even more curious. It seems that the only way I'll get answers is if you can actually speak. So... can you hear me?"

Lady Mara awakens from the deep slumber tainted with annoyance. What is the name of Inari.... the Kitsune curses at herself, before opening her golden eyes lazily, peeking over the top of her long tail that was wrapped around the small black dot of her nose. So...he did this. He broke my illusion and woke me. Mara lifts her head off of the cold, damp ground to glare venomously into the crimson eyes of the onyx-haired man before her. The displeasure plain to see as he speaks. Stifling a deep growl, she stands up on all four paws, the five other tails sliding out from under her body as the immortal spirit rises up. Barking once, her body becomes a mass of sapphire light as Mara places a mask on her face. The white fur melting away around her torso and legs, and shifting into a black Sakura laden Kimono, with a dark pink Obi Stash at the now human-sized waist. When the light finally dims enough to allow Mara's face to be seen, the snow-white fur on her head had to lengthen to reach the small of her Asian's form's back, and her eyes had retained their light amber hue. Altogether, shaping the Fox into a Japanese beauty around the age of 21. Glaring at the scarred man in annoyance, she speaks in her melodic accent. " If I can Speak? My Lord....do not insult me with such foolish questions." Moving her eyes from his own, she scans his body, noting the hidden power that lay inside. "You should know that ANYthing that can Shift as I have done can talk."

(?)raises his brow as the animal, which turned out to be a fox shifted before his eyes, and spoke. He found that he gazed on a little too curiously on the whole ordeal. He raises his hands in a silent retreat "Perhaps. I've been asleep for..." He hesitated for a few mere seconds before changing his words "Let's just say... I've been away for quite a while. I've been gone so long, I've no idea what the year is. So no I had no clue about any shapeshifters, other than Animangi and Werewolves." He pulled the hood over his face, not willing to reveal anything about him, that might reveal his past "Might I ask what type of specimen you are?" He asked thinking her response wasn't going to be good, but he was willing to brave the conversation as long as it drifted away from him

Lady Mara watches him cover his battle-scarred face with interest. This...dare I call him a man? Is either vain, hiding from someone, or running from his misdeeds. Mara blinks her eyes, clearing the thoughts from her mind for the moment. The male had spoken of the Werewolves and Animangi....so he must have been in this Realm at some point in his past. The Fox inside her wanted her to dig deeper, to satisfy its thirst of curiosity. But, Mara knew that pushing him for information would never work. A warm smile snakes its way upon her lips as an old saying comes floating out of her own past. You can catch more flies with honey, than vinegar. Keeping true to her mindset, the vixen moves over at his side. Taking one of her long, red nails and running it down his arm as she answers him with a sly grin. "I am Mara....a spirit to my people....some call me a messenger of Inrai... and then again...." The nail reaches the index fingertip of the man. "I'm also known as a demon of sorts...but, my Lord I ask you... in your own mind... what is it that YOU wish to call me? "

(?)nods every now and then at the story, feeling that a few parts were left out, but, he didn't mind as he was leaving out details as well. He then took her hand and removed it from himself "If there is one thing I do not like to be is touched." He then thought a moment before speaking again "I will call you by the name you've told me. And since you've shared your name with me, It's only polite that I share mine as well. But seeing as I'd rather not reveal my name at this point, you can call me Manthorinad. I guess you can say the name is a puzzle. I only give my true name to those who can solve the puzzle in my secondary name." He glanced at Mara and spoke "Now that the pleasantries are over, you haven't told me everything. After all, can you imagine my surprise after hundreds of years of... some time asleep, the first thing I see, Is a shapeshifter, beyond anything I've ever encountered before"

The Fourth War(PROPHECY, UNFINISHED)

When a group of many turns to a group of few

a fourth war will start after a chance to start anew

the war will be won but without some loss

One will die when two blades cross

The next, a vampire, will lose his mind

Attempts to restore it will leave him blind

For many years the war will last

Until a thirst for blood starts an impasse

When that thirst is quenched two will be face to face

both will die for the war to pick up the pace

In that moment, spawns one's greatest fear

But for that to happen, the other must be near

But at the end chaos will reign

As the world ends a new one will begin

An elongated journey it will take.

Until one is dead by a stake

But when all hope is lost it takes a climb

To find something to turn back time

They'll go back to before it began

But all be called to a realm before a man

At the end of the perilous quest

They'll be faced with a simple test

In order to restore what was lost

the test will be with a cost

They'll need to seek some guidance

from a man who's changed his name more than once

The Third War

The third war was fought between the OS and Rhajet. The war was the longest war the OS had ever been in. In the end, the only way to defeat Rhajet was to kill both Donovan and Rhajet. Eventually, they found a way to combine the two of them together back into one person

The Second War

The Second War was fought between the OS and the Shadows. The shadows were an evil group with the ability to turn invisible at whim. The war was won but Donovan was split into two people, an evil version of him and him.

The First War

The First War was fought between the OS and the DE. The war was neither won nor lost as the DE's are still around

The Beginnings of the OS.

Donovan walked into the Boys Dorm keeping an eye on a group of kids that currently were there. He was under an invisibility cloak but he was sure that he wouldn't be seen. Wanting to test the kids' skills he rolled up the sleeve on his arm to reveal a faded dark mark that was forced upon his arm. He touched the mark knowing death eaters would be sure to arrive shortly afterward. He touched the mark before leaning against the wall to prepare for all hell to break loose. The students fought well, almost coordinated. They dominated the DE's at every turn. After a while, Donovan joined in the fight, and very shortly the DE's were gone. Donovan turned to the students "Very impressive" he said "I could use the help of people like you. You see I have been testing people to see if they can help me with a task, one I can not do alone. My name is Donovan Reno" The students introduced themselves as NightBringer, AlanShuzbeke, LeaWeasley, and Trandoshan(Who was eating a cake as usual) He explained about everything he could "Rhajet is the impersonation of evil. He was defeated only once before by a man named Etreya. But before we go to battle we need to train." Eventually, they finished training and went to the Forbidden Realm "You know how I said Etreya was the only person who defeated Rhajet. Well, Etreya is in this realm." It took them a while but they figured out that Donovan was Etreya. It took a long time but the battle was won by the OS, and the team learned that Rhajet was Etreya's grandfather. After the battle, the team decided to form a more permanent basis

Etreya's History

Etreya was born 6000 B.C. in a Mesopotamian city with the name of Etreya. At the age of 18, he was bitten by a Vampire. His mother, worshiped as royalty raised him attempting to turn him evil. He was subjected to torture of all kinds. In 2550 BC He moved to Egypt to help with the construction of the great pyramids under the name of Adofo. He ended up helping to discover paper through papyrus in 2300. He then moved to China in 1550 BC under his birth name of Etreya. In 1100 BC he moved to Greece under the name of Alexis and found out that his father was Poseidon. He chose to erase his own memory rather than believe that his father was a god not of his own heritage. In 485 BC he participated in the Persian, Greek war, fighting for the greek. Much after that, he doesn't reveal to anyone, except for various events, like training Merlin, etc. In 1215 BC Donovan worked with the originals on a system of magic called the Ancient Words. Some of those words were found too powerful and were locked away at 782 BC. And a few years later at 771 BC, the first keeper of the words was established. Donovan was the first keeper, but at 56 AD he gave the role to one of the originals so he could see what had changed in the world. Nearly two thousand years later, he re-met with some of the descendants of the originals. Two people who were married and had one very young daughter. Lily Lovely. He befriended them and many years went by when his friends were attacked. Luckily Lily was at her grandparents when it happened. He tried to find them and help but he only managed to get there in time to watch them get killed. Their last words were to have Donovan take over their kingdom of Neckateg until Lily was of age. He agreed and became Lord of Neckateg, and for the second time Keeper of the Forbidden Words. He raised lily as his own when she turned 11 after her grandparents had died.
